County Road 32B (Chiles Road) Roadwork September 8 to October 14

Roadwork on County Road (CR) 32B (Chiles Road in Davis) from the eastern Davis city limit to CR 32A will be conducted from September 8 to October 14, with periodic closures to through traffic during this timeframe.

This rehabilitation project will increase the strength of the pavement section, reduce maintenance expenditures and improve conditions for motorists.

The contractor will temporarily close portions of CR 32B to through traffic in two non-concurrent phases, each expected to last approximately two weeks.  The Stage 1 closure will be between the Davis city limit and the west side of the Yolo Fruit Stand driveway.  The Stage 2 closure will be on the east side of the eastbound I-80 ramps to the end of the project at CR32A.

That is why Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) California is asking everyone to make advance plans to stay safe.
