Fashion for Freedom will be holding a fashion show on Friday, June 29 to raise money for SoDE, a non-profit organization that works towards ending sex-trafficking.
Doors for the event open at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. Admission is $20 in advance, and $25 at the door, with 100 percent of proceeds going to SoDE. The show will be at Three Oaks Community Center, 1100 Alamo Drive in Vacaville.
Fashion for Freedom’s website lists its mission:
- to support SoDE in raising awareness of sex trafficking for the rescuing, rehabilitating and providing of jobs to victims.
- to produce change among women's lives impacted by human trafficking and the sex trade travesty.
- to provide a venue for victims to exit their lifestyle and equip them to survive life outside of the industry.
- to financially assist like-minded businesses abroad who employ rescued women.
