VALLEJO, CA - Vallejo police detectives are looking for a third suspect and a possible associate in connection to a home invasion robbery Nov. 7 in which two others have been arrested.
Lt. Jim O'Connell said the crime took place on the 700 block of Pope Drive. The resident called police shortly before two men, Darral Laviene, 26, of San Pablo, and Dijon Campbell, 35, of Vallejo, showed up at a local hospital with serious injuries.
Based on interviews with the three individuals and their investigation, detectives determined Laviene and Campbell had been injured when the resident defended himself from an armed attack, O'Connell said. The two men were arrested on suspicion of armed robbery.
O'Connell said Laviene and Campbell did not allegedly act alone. Detectives want to find a third suspect, identified as 24-year-old Terrence Scott. A warrant has been issued for his arrest and he should be considered armed.
They're also seeking to identify and question a man believed associated with the suspects. His photo accompanies this story.
The Vallejo Police Department asked that any information about the men or crime be forwarded to Det. Fabio Rodriguez at 1 (800) 488-9383.
